About MBT-D

The Meadowbrook Towers “D” Condominium Association is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors elected by unit owners. Our mission is to preserve the value, safety, and comfort of the community through responsible management and transparent communication.

We oversee the maintenance of common areas, landscaping, and building systems, ensuring that every resident enjoys a clean, secure, and well‑maintained environment. The Association also ensures compliance with Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) requirements, including the publication of governing documents, financial reports, and meeting information for homeowner access.

Our goal is to foster a sense of community where residents feel proud of their home and confident in the stewardship of their property. Through collaboration, accountability, and care, Meadowbrook Towers “D” continues to uphold the standards that make it one of Hallandale Beach’s most respected condominium communities.

The Meadowbrook Towers “D” Condominium Association is governed by a five‑member Board of Directors, elected by the unit owners. This Board is responsible for overseeing the building’s operations, maintaining the common areas, and ensuring that the community remains safe, orderly, and well cared for.

The Association manages the upkeep of the property, including landscaping, building maintenance, financial oversight, and enforcement of the governing documents. In addition, MBT‑D complies with all Florida DBPR requirements, ensuring that essential records, financial reports, and association documents are properly maintained and accessible to homeowners.

Through transparency, accountability, and a commitment to preserving the value of the property, the Board works to ensure that Meadowbrook Towers “D” remains a welcoming and well‑managed community for all residents.
